Moreover, Lisa has been Corporate Counsel to Pacific Defense Systems for over fifteen (15) years. The Company was a government contactor, primarily to the United States Navy, doing Ship repair work. This Company was one of the largest employers in National City, with over two hundred (200) employees. Lisa interacted with Navy personnel on a daily basis. She has great respect for the sacrifices and commitment of the men and woman serving in the United States Military. Further, Lisa was the Founder of the Small Business Legal Center (SBLC). She worked with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) to help foster small business growth in San Diego. They formed a "team" to provide a variety of valuable resources for small businesses. Providing affordable legal services to small business owners has helped small business growth throughout San Diego County.
Education Thereafter, Lisa attended the University of San Diego, School of Law.
