Dear Voter:

Your Sheriff's Department is better prepared, equipped, staffed and trained than at any other time in it's history.

Your Sheriff's Department is better prepared, equipped, staffed and trained than at any other time in it's history.

Coordination among federal, state and local law enforcement agencies has never been better.

Violent crime rates are at a 20 year low.

Our accredited crime lab is now equipped with DNA analysis technology. Our two new helicopters provide fire suppression and search and rescue functions. Improved technology is providing our front line officers more information to protect the public.

We expedited Megan's Law procedures to protect our children.

During my tenure, tough fiscal management has resulted in a budget surplus each year.

The thanks for our continued progress go to the fine men and women of the Sheriff's Department, the Board of Supervisors and most importantly to citizens like you for your support and assistance.

I am honored that you have chosen me to serve as your Sheriff. If reelected, I pledge to continue improving the services our department provides and the safety we all value.
