Smart Voter Political Philosophy for Bill Daniel

Candidate for
Member, Republican Party County Central Committee; County of San Diego; Assembly District 76

This information is provided by the candidate

It has always been my philosophy that the problems in America today can be summed up by the lack of accountability on the part of our elected officials. Individuals today go to elected positions to forward their own agendas rather than those of the voters who elected them. Most of America is conservative. The times in American history when the country has been the strongest are when conservatives have been in power. The values of lower taxes, strong family values, individual accountability, smaller government are the values of mainstream America. When those values are reflected by our leaders America will be on the road to recovery again.
I want to work to be the kind of leader that will study to know the will of the people and then find ways to make that come about regardless of which way the political winds are blowing. I want to work to find and elect representatives for higher office who will reflect the values of mainstream America, not their own values and not the values of interest groups.
