On the Police atrocities of April 11, 2001, when a man shot the Mangers of the towers in Chula Vista and killed himself, around 2:00 p.m. The senior citizenss in the building were kidnapped in the gym from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm (approximately). I was told that at least ten senior citizens died as a result of the traumatic experience. The whole area, Residents and Businesses, were victims of this traumatic hostage activity caused by the Police.

Continue as follows: There has been a case of Police nefarious atrocities that only in Iraq has happened without conscience regards for Civic or Human Rights. Like the pregnant mother unarmed, shot in the bak, killing her unborn son.

a. Many cases in the courts, others not litigated, putting prisoners in jail because of lies; e.g. Adriana Estrada, from a decent and honorable family was put in jail until bail was paid because of her ex-husband's lies.

I, Petra E. Barajas, was harassed by three Policemen in three patrol cars and my property was flocked by seven Police patrol cars, which my neighbor, a business owner, saw and asked me what was the problem. The Police were acting on lies told by a neighbor who has a sister-in-law that works for the City, and upon my rquest or the Police report, I was denied access to it!

b. There's been the case of the Fire Chief who is an alcoholic, and was never investigated until he crashed with a parked car on Broadway.
