This information is provided by the candidate
Since 1994 I have proudly served our community as a member of the Zone 7 Board of Directors. I look forward to the confidence of Tri-Valley residents so that I may continue this community service. My goal has been and will continue to be to oversee and support Zone 7 staff in their efforts to:

  • Maintain the almost-unheard of goal of 100% water reliability, even in times of droughts.

  • Continue to meet the Valley's increasing demands for water by securing new water supplies as well as improving and constructing new water treatment facilities.

  • Improve the quality of water with respect to hardness, odor and taste.

  • Implement the Agency's Stream Management Master Plan that calls for flood protection in an environmentally sound and economically sound manner.

  • Continue the sound fiscal policies of the Zone.
