  • Ohio does not maintain a central repository of information regarding Ohio's social health. Information is scattered throughout various State and federal agencies and it is difficult to identify the needs of Ohio's citizens.
  • Social service agencies can be more effective and efficient if they are operating from reliable and thorough information.
