1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)

Answer from Rob Thornton:

I am an actively engaged citizen in my community and will work tirelessly to represent the people of my district.


2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

Answer from Rob Thornton:

I will work to roll back tax increases, reduce the frequency by which property taxes are assessed and increased and work towards tort reform that caps civil court claims at $1M


3. What changes would you recommend for improving public oversight of charter schools? (150 word limit)

Work to abolish deceptive lending practices that lead people to believe they can afford more than they actually can.


5. Both parties have called for redistricting reform. What three top criteria should be used in redrawing legislative districts? (150 word limit)
