This city, Long Beach is $34 million in the red!

  • LNG
  • Open libraries (longer hours, more days)
  • Lights on bike and dog areas
  • Route trucks from harbor to alameda corridor to rail centers Let them work the hours of 10:00 pm to 5:00 am Less traffic on morning commuters
  • Add more trained police
  • Add gun training to the park rangers Give them tesors, not guns
  • Add more trained fire personnel Continue training, new techniques
  • Add tesors to the arsenal for the marine patrol Give them training, gun qualifying
  • Fix the cities alleys, the WHOLE city.
  • Stop spillage's of grease traps from restaurants in the alleys Throughout the city health dept
  • More job corps assistance
  • Help the homeless,i.e. don't kick them out of their quarters at 6:00 am, to stroll the streets. let them stay in doors, with organize training, aid, informational group meetings. this does keep them cleaner with a purpose to live and participate. fix our street in non peek hours,i.e. 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
  • Long beach development model in the city hall has to include development of the entire city, is there any??
  • Environment issues: sidewalks should be built using ground up tires, as is done or used in Santa Monica, ca.lower maintenance, easier on the feet and legs, and trees. we do have waste management for the city.
  • Trash barrals for every customer for refuge service, through city of lb.
  • Turn off helicopter after 8:00 PM, no real crooks caught by helicopter.
  • i.e. Belmont rapist, caught on a bike officer. Put cops on the ground, i.,e. bicycles, battons, tesors, guns
