HEIGHT LIMIT
I fully support the CULVER CITY 56-FOOT HEIGHT LIMIT for new development. As a Schaefer Street resident, I join my neighbors in STRONG OPPOSITION to the 152-foot high, 3200 seat theatre complex that is being proposed for the Hayden Tract area. We ask this developer to be a GOOD CORPORATE CITIZEN for the CULVER CITY RESIDENTS.

As good corporate citizens, SYMANTEC and the "new" WESTFIELD FOX HILLS SHOPPING TOWN have VOLUNTARILY AGREED to abide by the 56-foot limit.

BALANCED BUDGET
I will keep Culver City's BUDGET BALANCED. I will work tirelessly to PRESERVE and ENHANCE the QUALITY OF LIFE in Culver City. By FINDING NEW and DIVERSE sources of revenue and keeping a TIGHTER CONTROL on unnecessary spending.

OUR BUDGET DOLLARS have to be used to serve the BEST INTERESTS of our RESIDENTS.

PUTTING PEOPLE FIRST
The key to success in public life is to put people first. I am guided by my practical experience in running my own small business. I have learned how to best serve my customers by putting people first.

As your City Council Member, I will treat my employers (the Culver City residents) with respect by keeping an open mind and by listening very attentively to all of their concerns. I WILL PUT PEOPLE FIRST.
