1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)

4 yr Director of Recreation City of St. Bernard 10 yrs Council at Large City of St. Bernard Life Time resident City of St. Bernard

2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

Address South Vine Business District + Owners of Buildings & Business for input on what they would like to see and need + address citizens on what they would like to see the South Vine St. area develop in the near future. Work with owners of open lots on how the city can help them develop open lots + or market open lots + readdress time line for street improvement.

3. What steps would you take to ensure that all public facilities are accessible to people with disabilities? (100 words limit)

Most of the city has been addressed to ensure public access for people with disabilities, if there are some public facilities that need improvement to this issue we direct council & the development director to look into.

4. What specific steps will you take to expand recycling services in your community? (100 words limit)

Our service department for the city has a great recycling service & is in constant up date improving.

5. What steps would you take to provide affordable housing for all residents of your community? (100 words limit)

Currently we (the city) are working to find a lot or area to develop Senior Citizen's housing with addressing locating, lot size, accessibility to community service. City is tight on land development for this size of development and is on constant look for a site.
