The City of St. Bernard needs to develop a plan to attract new businesses to Vine Street. Earlier this year, a professor from the University of Cincinnati, Dr. Michael Romanos, made a presentation to city council detailing the history of St. Bernard, as well as suggesting that perhaps a class at UC could undertake a class project and look at ways to improve Vine Street, particularly in the St.Bernard Square area. I want to pursue Dr. Romanos' offer and work with the administration, CIC and city business leaders to develop a viable plan to improve Vine Street. |
