  • 1) A street program that is funded by grants(NO MORE LOANS) and is done on a priority basis, not a political preference.
  • 2) Increased communication between the Police and citizens and/or citizens groups to promote safer neighborhoods.
  • 3) Continue to work cooperatively with State Auditors on the city's Financial Recovery Plan
