1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)

I currently serve in a leadership/management role. I am accountable for customer service/staff satisfaction, budgeting for 3 departments, guiding and mentoring over 150 employees and leading project teams for process improvement. My strengths include communication, prioritization, and organizational skills; collaboration, team building, interpersonal relationship skills and conflict/problem solving skills.

2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

Address all issues and concerns that are brought to my attention within a timely manner. Communicate all decisions to the concerned party(s). Make informed decisions based on the information presented by the experts. Think creatively, and suggest out of the box ideas, to improve are infrastructure in order to attract businesses and citizens.

3. What steps would you take to ensure that all public facilities are accessible to people with disabilities? (100 words limit)

Utilize the experts who have the information about this area to keep me up to date. When an area of concern is brought to my attention or I identify a breech in this area make sure that the information is given to those who can make the change. I would then follow up and make sure that the change has occurred. When addressing such issues be aware of the timeline that is given in order to make the change.

4. What specific steps will you take to expand recycling services in your community? (100 words limit)

Information and awareness is key in letting citizens know what items can be recycled. Publish the benefit to the city and the citizens.

5. What steps would you take to provide affordable housing for all residents of your community? (100 words limit)

Research the area for the market share within and surrounding our city in order to make sure that the city provides housing that is conducive for them. Provide a variety of options of housing that will attract the market share that we are trying to capture.
