1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)

Answer from Carol Bullock Carpenter:

President of Council + 2 years + Council-at-large + 5 yrs. Reading Board of Education + 7 yrs + Past President & Vice President Kiwanis Club + Past President & Vice President Community Action Committee + Neighbor-2-Neighbor coordinator of community picnic including 9 communities. Parish Council - Past President & Vice President.

2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

Answer from Carol Bullock Carpenter:

First set our priorities, take care of the cities daily needs. Keep upgrading our police, fire, service, + recreation departments. These services will attract new businesses + families to our community. Economic development is a must in order to bring more revenue to our community. We need to show case our community to bring in new business + to work with them. Only with council + the administration working together can this be accomplished.

3. What steps would you take to ensure that all public facilities are accessible to people with disabilities? (100 words limit)
