1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)

Answer from Todd L. Tittle:

I have always believed in serving my community to make a difference instead of sitting on the sidelines. Getting involved by volunteering my time and talents to help those around me in learning and growth. Wanting to help improve the community and quality of life for all people.


2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

Answer from Todd L. Tittle:

Working with the safety and service departments to maximize and maintain the city's resources in making Norwood neighborhoods safer and provide for the welfare of our citizens. Development of a financial plan and implementation to change the course of the city finances. Advocate the development and improvement of our business districts and city neighborhoods to provide a thriving community life for our families and business partners.


3. What steps would you take to ensure that all public facilities are accessible to people with disabilities? (100 words limit)

Answer from Todd L. Tittle:

Setup an advisory committee involving those agencies with direct contact of supporting people with disabilities and individuals directly affected to analyze the needs. Work in developing a needs list and research resources to which can be applied to meeting some of those needs.


4. What specific steps will you take to expand recycling services in your community? (100 words limit)

Answer from Todd L. Tittle:

Promote community awareness of the benefits to our environment and natural resources consumption by utilizing our community recycling program.


5. What steps would you take to provide affordable housing for all residents of your community? (100 words limit)
