Development of our downtown

We have had re-development of our downtown space with little forward progess. We need to make progress now.
Development of our downtown spaces needs to move ahead. We need to align our development plans to bring positive incentives to developers.

  • We need to leverage the old Wells Fargo property so a developer will create higher density living and business space
  • Parking needs to be addressed to reduce the pressure on our streets. We need to address the old theater and Bank of America site as well.
  • The over all plan to create a focus on San Mateo Ave depends on a complete new plan. No more small changes.
  • Our local vendors are in need of support

Our city needs a new fresh look and I want to help make this happpen. Our opportunities are growing in San Bruno. Let's make the most of it.
