New Headquarters Station's Public Access Features
The proposed $3 million headquarters building should be more than energy efficient. It should be independent from the electrical grid and a beacon to the community when the lights go out. The Board's Meeting Chambers must also serve the community as a multi-purpose room and firefighter training facility.
Bars On Windows
If ever there was a thorny political problem, this is the one.
Suburban/Wildlands Fire Safety
I understand the issue of wild fire in the suburban-wildlands interface zone and the massive financial implications for the Fire District and the residents.
