Measure B. School Facilities -- Galt Joint Union High School District (School Bond Measure - Two-Thirds Majority)

To build a new high school to address severe overcrowding at Galt High School, shall the Galt Joint Union High School District be authorized to construct school classrooms and facilities and issue $29,200,000 in bonds at interest rates within the legal limit with an Independent Citizens Oversight Committee appointed to monitor the way all bond funds are spent?

Measure C. School Facilities -- Stockton Unified School District (School Bond - 55% Majority)
Pass: 18858 / 69.4% Yes votes ...... 8309 / 30.6% No votes
To relieve overcrowding by building new schools and classrooms; reconfiguring schools to improve educational opportunities, student achievement and safety; repairing, replacing or upgrading fire alarm systems, leaky roofs, electrical systems, deteriorating school facilities, and damage caused by dry rot and termites; removing asbestos and other hazardous materials; and obtaining state matching funds; shall the Stockton Unified School District issue $120 million in general obligation bonds at legal rates with independent citizen oversight and no money for administrators?

Measure Medida-B. Distrito Escolar Unión Conjunta De Escuelas Secundarias De Galt -- Galt Joint Union High School District (Bond - Two-thirds approval required)
Para construir una nueva escuela secundaria y así solucionar el problema del gran exceso de estudiantes en la Escuela Secundaria de Galt (Galt High), ¿deberá autorizarse al Distrito Escolar Unión Conjunta de Escuelas Secundarias de Galt a que construya salones de clase e instalaciones escolares y emitir $29,200,000 en bonos con tasas de interés dentro de los límites legales, con un Comité Independiente de Supervisión integrado por Ciudadanos designado para supervisar la forma en que se utilizan todos los fondos de los bonos?

Measure MEDIDA-C. Distrito Escolar Unificado De Stockton -- Stockton Unified School District (School Bond - 55% Majority)
Para aliviar la sobrecarga estudiantil mediante la construcción de nuevas escuelas y salones de clases; la nueva configuración de las escuelas para majorar las oportunidades educativas, el desempeño escolar y la seguridad; la reparación, reposición o modernización de los sistemas de alarmas contra incendios, de los techos con filtraciones, de los sistemas eléctricos, de las instalaciones escolares deterioradas, y de los daños ocasionados por la putrefacción de la madera, y por los comejenes; la eliminación de asbestos y de otros materiales peligrosos; y la obtención de fondos paralelos del Estado, ¿debe el Distrito Escolar Unificado de Stockton emitir $120 millones en bonos de obligación general, con tasas de interés conforme a derecho, con una vigilancia independiente realizada por los ciudadanos, y sin asignar dinero para los administradores?
