Mill Valley is exposed to high fire danger and lies near the San Andreas earthquake fault. The most important job of City government is to help our residents be prepared for a natural disaster. It is essential that we build on existing emergency programs and related activities such as vegetation management, traffic flow, evacuation preparedness, and community oriented police and fire assistance. We must coordinate with the Mill Valley School District to ensure that our emergency programs complement each other |
