Integration Throughout Hermosa Beach

By Sean Krajewski

Candidate for City Council Member; City of Hermosa Beach

This information is provided by the candidate
All of the many factions in Hermosa Beach, need to be integrated to promote community relations, pride, and involvement.
The Downtown/Beachfront Business District is only one aspect of Hermosa Beach. The heart of Hermosa Beach is the residential areas throughout our community.
I would like to integrate the Business District with the residential areas above PCH and throughout the coastal areas, the businesses that operate on the exterior areas of Hermosa Beach, and the numerous schools and charitable organizations involved in our community.
A very important aspect of being an effective city council member, is the ability to establish relationships with people throughout the community. I have developed a working relationship with the Chamber of Commerce, the Hermosa Beach Police Department, and the Downtown Business District that will be incredibly useful in mediating issues in a quick and efficient manner. Problem mediation is an intricate trait of the city council job description. With proper mediation, problems can be avoided, and in turn money can be saved. If this integration had been in existence in the past, we might have been able to prevent the squandering of millions of dollars away from our school district.
