Hilary Bradbury-Huang. University Professor.

The Board of Trustees must ensure that PCC students have excellent programs. We must balance limited resources as a means to that goal. I will seek out the innovative partnerships that allow students, faculty, local businesses and residents to profit together as PCC thrives. With my expertise in organizational development, I have worked with business leaders in similar complex contexts designing employee engagement strategies that meet financial, human and environmental demands.

I have the expertise to be an effective Board Member. I teach business executives both nationally and locally at Pepperdine and USC. I have received a National Science Foundation award, as well as awards for innovations in management teaching, writing and consulting. I was elected to faculty senate and the international board of the Academy of Management.

I grew up in Ireland and came to the USA in 1985. I received scholarships to graduate schools Harvard and University of Chicago. I am mother to Riane, and wife to David, a physician-professor at USC.
