Measure J. School Bond -- West Contra Costa Unified School District (55% Approval Required)
Pass: 30,013 / 56.85% Yes votes ...... 22,776 / 43.15% No votes
To continue repairning all school facilities, improve classroom safety and technology, and relieve overcrowding shall the West Contra Costa Unified School District issue $400 million in bonds at legal interest rates, with annual audits and a citizens' oversight committee to monitor that funds are spent accordingly, and upon receipt of a waiver of the District's statutory debt limit from the State Board of Education, if required?

Shall the voters approve the City of Brentwood Voter Approved Urban Limit Line measure, which would amend the City of Brentwood's General Plan by creating an Urban Limit Line to guide future growth and development in a manner consistent with the General Plan and should qualify the City of Brentwood to receive Measure J's "return to source" funds from the Contra Costa Transportation Authoirity for improvements to local streets and roads?
