  • Occupation: Councilman/Civil Engineer
  • BS in Civil Engineering from USC, 1963 & Registered Civil Engineer
  • Active in two schools, having serving on boards and booster groups
  • Glendale native of over 65 years
  • Former mayor & senior councilman of 8 years service
  • Retired from US Army, Corps of Engineers where I was a project manager & supervised Federal budget development for the Agency
  • Former president of the Glenoaks Homeowners Association and the Glendale Homeowners Coordianting Council
Top Priorities if Elected
  • Traffic solutions. I've pushed for this issue to be addressed for 8 years now with little in no success. We must move on this issue.
  • Long range financial planning. It was started by council 8 years ago and now very little is being done.
  • Complete revisions to hillside ordinance that I helped create in 1993.
