Background

Pauline Field, as the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of International FieldWorks, Inc., a global management consulting agency, is responsible for the assignments and management of senior professionals throughout the world. A consultant for over twenty years, her specialties are operational improvement, conflict resolution, business development and executive coaching. She has consulted with major corporations such as Microsoft and Times Mirror, not-for-profit organizations including World Vision and the Mountains Conservancy Foundation, small companies and government agencies internationally.

Media

She has published numerous articles and audio-tapes on business practices and management skills, has appeared on a number of radio and television shows and is a sought after speaker.

Education

Her Bachelor's degree is from California State University, Northridge and she completed her post-graduate work at Cornell University in New York.

Honors and Awards

World Vision, an international direct relief organization, appointed her as Advisor to their Refocusing Committee. She was recently honored as Businesswoman of the Year for Empowerment by California State legislators Jack Scott, Dario Frommer & Carol Liu, and named 12th of the top 103 by the Glendale News Press.

Community Service

Ms. Field began her community service in London and has continued her volunteer and pro bono work throughout her career.

She is currently a Commissioner for the Glendale Commission on the Status of Women, served on the Committee that reviewed the Glendale City Charter, and sits on the Boards of the local chapter of the United Nations Association, Glendale Human Relations Coalition, Los Angeles Women's Appointment Collaboration and Fifty-Fifty Leadership.
