Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) at H.U.D. -- Consultant (Intermittent Expert) attached to the Research and Capital Standards Office. This office is charged with carrying out the "soundness and safety" regulatory function for FNMA and FHLMC that flow from enabling legislation of 1992. I helped them develop the interest rate risk components of the capital adequacy rules and tests as well as provide a corporate finance context and model architecture to regulatory issues.

Global Investment Management Technology, Bankers Trust New York-- Advising the investment technology group on strategies to provide decision support for securities valuation, portfolio selection, asset allocation, risk management in compliance with the business needs of investment management.

Republic National Bank of New York -- Consultant to the Risk Assessment Committee helping them to select and implement market and credit management software.
