1. What is your Legal/Judicial Experience?

· 1978-1981: Attorney, The Toledo Edison Company. Specialized in environmental law.· 1981-1985: Attorney, Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick. Federal practice, ERISA, environmental law and litigation. 1985-1988: Judge, Toledo Municipal Court. Elected in 1985 and 1987. Established Housing Court in 1988. 1988-2003: Judge, Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. Elected in 1988, 1994 and 2000. Administrative Judge, 1996. 2003-Present: Judge, Sixth District Court of Appeals. Elected, winning all eight counties.
