Opportunity For New Energy, Better Oak Park Representation

By James Ebert

Candidate for Director; Triunfo Sanitation District

This information is provided by the candidate
As our communities develop, our needs are growing. Recent options for Oak Park water tank development show the importance of creative thinking & wide ranging problem solving.
I am offering to serve on the board of the Triunfo Sanitation District Board. This is a hardworking, dedicated group that, in effect, volunteers their time and experience to oversee the very important water, recycled water, and sanitation systems used by our homes. Our water systems are very fragile, and we need to continue to explore effective sources of drinking water and sanitation. On a regional level, all of our local communities will want to work together, to preserve the beautiful land surrounding us, and local ecosystems.

The recent compromise position for the new water tank, saving many millions of taxpayer dollars, is an shining example of the system at work, and the combined efforts of all concerned, to look at all possible options, and finding the best workable solution.

I want to work together with the others, to insure the future of our community, through effective management and open minded research of these important systems.
