How our Government makes even Evil laws Sacred.

By John H. Webster

Candidate for State Senator; District 13

The steps by which Government enforces even Evil laws. The way to stop these laws is to ensure up front that they are not stealing rights or property from the individual.
-- It down plays the role of a God in morality.
-- It pushes itself as the supreme moral authority using the penal codes as its Bible.
-- It makes evil laws that control or take things owned by the individual; things not even in the public domain (it's okay for the Government to steal!).
-- It makes evil laws over personal conduct that is none of Government's business.
-- It makes evil laws that enforce the Majority's idea of "Fairness" at the point of a gun.
-- It makes it against the law for you to even suggest to others that they break the law (talk/thought crimes).
-- Jurors are prescreened by Judges to eliminate those that would question the law.
-- It makes it illegal to "intend to influence" jurors with "Free Speech" (California penal code 169).
-- It uses the breaking of a law as sufficient justification for punishment and incarceration.
-- It has thousands of well-armed police officers to help enforce its laws but won't allow you to have military equipment to fight back.

Because of these above actions by our Government, and the fact that Bills in the legislature become law first and only later are tested for their constitutionality (by judges with the conflict of interest of desiring more Government power) we have steadily lost our individual rights to more Government control.

The solution is to require bills in the legislature to state their source of jurisdiction prior to being enacted into law.
