October 3, 2004 there will be a candidate's forum at the Best Western Beach Resort, 2600 San Dunes Drive in Monterey from 7 - 8 p.m. The forum is preceeded by a candidate's reception at 6:30 p.m. Co-sponsors of the forum are League of Women Voters of the Monterey Peninsula, The Monterey County Herald, KAZU 90.3 public radio, Best Western Beach Resort and the Watsonville Register Pajaronian. Public Access Channel 24 will be broadcasting this forum at later dates. Call Paul Congo at 333-1267 for times.
