Urban sprawl is not an option.Future development in our city must remain within our current boundries. Dense development should be encouraged in our city's core. A comprehensive downtown blueprint must be created to help shape and guide the superior quality development our citizens demand and our urban center deserves. City Hall must take the lead in providing an atmosphere of facilitation to accomodate the unique development opportunities which exhist downtown and in the rest of our city. Our downtown is our city's heart and should be treated accordingly. |
