PUBLIC SAFETY - A MUST!

I support Measure O (1/4 Cent Sales Tax for Public safety)
I support Measure O because our city's quality of life is without question tied to our ability to feel and be safe at work, on our streets, in our schools, in our neighborhoods and in our homes. Currently,response to 2,100 emergency calls each year exceeds 6 minutes because of cutbacks.That number will rise without Measure O funding. 20% of the funds from Measure O are earmarked for combating gang violence and expanding crime prevention programs.Is this kind of peace of mind worth 25 cents in tax revenue on every hundred dollars I spend in Santa Rosa? Absolutely!
