I supported and voted for the new Multi-modal Transportation Facility on East Cotati Avenue that will serve as a train stop, bus stop and poark & ride location. The facility is also designed as a "green building" and will incorporate LEED features where appropriate.

I promoted and supported two Park & Ride facilities to be constructed on each side of Highway 101 to promote and enable citizens to rideshare.

I have been a leader in the establishment of neighborhood connectivity, including the Marsh Way Bike Path and the Wilford lane housing project (which resulted in one of the new neighborhood parks giving access to all residents to the Creek Path Trail).

I have supported the construction of two neighborhood parks in Cotati and the establishment of another park on Cotati's "park-less" West side.

I heldped establish a Community Building in the Civic Center Park (the first in decades), and promoted improvements in Cotati's Civic Center Park and Civic Center to provide more recreation opportunities for all ages, as well as launched and expanded a very successful recreation program that provides programs for all ages.
