I'm running for Petaluma City Council to promote a balance between needed economic development and preserving our cherished history, traditions and quality of life.

Supporting the downtown revitalization and creating careful infill development to fight urban sprawl... working to attract new environmentally friendly jobs... working for more shopping opportunities to keep our sales tax dollars here and supporting vital city services are the key issues.

Supporting the widening of 101, implementing rail transit and building a new cross-town connector to relieve the intolerable congestion on East Washington Street are important. I support the efforts to improve our streets to conditions our citizens expect and deserve.
