Candidate for
Council Member; City of Vista

There is an open seat on the Vista City Council. The incumbent is not seeking re-election. John asks that you vote for him to fill this important position.

He is a man of VISION

John has a vision that Vistans should be able to live, work and play in Vista. He believes Vista can become a destination city with a distinct community identity and sense of pride. Just as importantly he feels that Vista should assume a leadership role in planning North San Diego County' future development.

He will be a FACILITATOR

John will be a facilitator on behalf of the entire community. He understands the interrelationship between a community' economic health and the well being of its citizens. He knows that a strong and viable business community is essential to the city's revenue base and the creation of new jobs that will provide our youth with a future in their own community.

He values Vista's QUALITY OF LIFE

Johnwill always seek to improve public safety, maintain our streets, assure a quality water supply, expand our recreational resources and help develop affordable housing.
