Although an immigrant to this country like his predecessor, Vic as he is called by his friends knows the problems and issues plaguing Milpitas which forced him to run for mayor of this city. Although a write-in candidate as mayor of Milpitas, this does not prevent him from running for the highest post in the city he loves.

Family Background Son of USAFFE veteran, Victoriano D. Nejal who fought World War II at the Pacific, Victor's father is one of the heroes who defended Bataan to prevent Japanese Imperial Expeditionary Armed Forces on their timetable to capture Australia. He was captured, suffered and survived the "Death March" for protecting America and democracy.

He bought his first house at Hemlock Lane in 1989, moved in to 202 Beacon Drive in 1991, and acquired a townhouse property at Lyn Avenue sometime in the year 2000. He now lives at 1840 Canton Drive and heavily invested in real estates.
