I am dedicated to keeping Santa Clara a great place to live, by . . .

Preserving the quality of life. We enjoy great neighborhoods and precious open spaces. These need to be protected and conserved.

Respecting individuals. Santa Clara's residents encompass various backgrounds, experiences and opinions. Our city government should respect and value everyone, especially our youth and seniors.

Planning for the future. We enjoy a high caliber of city services at reasonable costs including: road maintenance, trash removal, water, sewer, recycling, police, fire protection, recreational activities libraries, and Silicon Valley Power. Quality must be upheld. However, I am concerned that the city is spending more than its income and dipping into emergency reserves. Reversing this trend is a priority.

Serving the community. My engineering training and years of community service, especially ten years as a City of Santa Clara Commissioner, will be an asset to the council. I will work for effective policies to promote the well being of the entire city. Thank you for your support.
