I was raised in Santa Maria. Graduated from Santa Maria High and attended Allan Hancock College. I left Santa Maria at the age of 20 to pursue a career. Since that time I attended San Francisco State, Laney College in Oakland and completed numerous professional real estate schools. For the last 30 plus years I was engaged in the business of Commercial/Industrial Real Estate Brokerage, Property Management, Ranch Sales and Development. I performed the functions of Commercial/ Industrial Brokerage and Property Management in Downtown San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area. I worked for a number of highly influential and well regarded firms in these endeavors. I also met with, did transactions with and for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies in their real estate leasing, acquisition and management, including the construction of high-rise office buildings and biotech laboratories.

For a number of years I managed a portfolio of One Million Square Feet of Office Space ýin the San Francisco Financial District (the equivalent of a small city). For a National Real Estate Investment Trust my title was Director of Leasing for Northern California. Over the years I have worked with a number of Cities, Redevelopment Agencies, Mayors Offices and related bureaucracies. I feel confident that my input into the ýoperation of the City of Guadalupe will be beneficial for both the City and its inhabitants. I came back to Santa Maria in 1987. Since that time I have worked in Ranch Sales in Arroyo Grande and developed a subdivision on the Nipomo Mesa. I came to Guadalupe to renovate the Muse Building and to help re-create the Central Business District into a fun place to shop, work and live, pursuant to the Downtown Revitalization Plan which ýwas done for the City by Cal Poly.

I know how to, can and will do the work of the people.
