  • Smarter -- not faster growth -- Limit both housing and commercial building permits until the infrastructure is in place.
  • Establish a citizens oversight committee and/or create a contracted ombudsman position to both monitor and investigate citizen's complaints
  • Work towards bringing high-paying industries to Elk Grove in order to maintain livable wages.
