It would be my honor to serve you as your next Garden Grove City Councilmember.As a Garden Grove Planning Commissioner I have helped turn community problems into neighborhood solutions. I've worked with our fire and police departments to make our families safer. I've worked with community leaders to promote responsible development. I want to continue that work as your city councilmember. Having graduated from Garden Grove High School and the University of California at Irvine, I share your concerns for quality education, safe schools and neighborhoods. As your neighbor, I share your concern for the character of our community. I will fight for responsible growth that promotes our quality of life. As a taxpayer, I pledge not to burden you with a utility tax. I will fight to keep water rates and trash fees low. I vow to keep city government open and accessible to all residents. As a small businesswoman, I know what it takes to keep our city competitive. I will cut waste and abuse in government. I am endorsed by Garden Grove's Assemblymembers Ken Maddox and Tom Harman, District Attorney Tony Rackauckas, Garden Grove Mayor Bruce Broadwater, and the Garden Grove Firefighters Association. As your councilmember, I will endeavor to earn and retain your trust everyday. |
