Financial Stability of the City of Gonzales
The state continues to increase the amount of taxes withheld that have traditionaly been returned to muncipalities.
Increase the amount of much needed housing within the city limits
The city is poised for a housing growth spurt as adjacent land is annexed and developed.
Business growth is crutial as the state denies the city funds
The business of the city is business. We must have the additonal revenues from sales taxes to contiue services.
