Provide for the current and long-term water and wastewater collection needs of the district and its service area
Provide safe and clean water to all customers in the long and short term.
Governance of that service area known as the Ord Community
Governance of the MCWD by its board is limited to residents within the current district boundaries. The Ord Community is a service area at this time. There are two points to this issue, Governance and rate structure
