I have lived in Monterey County for over 35 years and worked in Gonzales for 18 years. I became a resident of Gonzales 9 years ago and have been involved in the community ever since.

I have one daughter, Julia; two sons, Adam and Angel. I have two grandchilren, one currently attending La Gloria Elementary School. Both of my boys are part of the Gonzales public school, Adam attended Gonzales High and Angel attends La Gloria Elementary. I believe in supporting our local schools, teachers, and all staff to promote change and I am an active advocate of our children's education.

I am also the caregiver of my elderly father, I know first hand the challenges that face our families and the elderly. I will work towards improving programs and services for all citizens.

As a long time resident and active member in Gonzales, I have become familiar with the issues and concerns of our community members. I am able to communicate with all citizens as I am bilingual/biliterate and I understand their issues and concerns.
