Needed changes

By B. J. Mitchell

Candidate for Director; Bear Valley Community Services District

The infrastructure issues facing the BVS community today are serious and growing.
The infrastructure issues facing the BVS community today are serious and growing. Our roads need repair, our water system is old and fragile, the extended drought has caused water shortages throughout California as well as throughout the entire western one-third of the nation, and increased traffic through the gate is making it more and more difficult for gate controls to be maintained. Future CSD Boards will need the vision and the courage to make difficult decisions necessary to prepare for them. I am a person who can "think outside the box," and I have 25 years of experience in making hard decisions. I will bring a fresh outlook to the Board, along with my well-honed problem solving skills.
