My thoughts on Road problems
The roads are in bad condition , everyone can see that.

The Californian stated to me we have 80 million dollars in back road repairs waiting to be fixed. As I was driving home today I got off the white lane exit and I was wondering why the off ramps are made of concrete and the on ramps are made of black top? Well that's because offramps have 80,000 pd trucks and cars coming to a stop which moves blacktops just look at any intersection and you can see the results. Why can't we concrete the stoping parts of the intersections and black top the starting parts of the intersections.

Theoretically we owe 80 million to fix these rds so why don't we take this 1 step farther and take that money owed, and have the city buy a concrete and paving facility and do all the work in-house so to speak under the public works department and stop flushing this money down the toilet, so to speak. This way we can get a return on our investment that can be a model for the rest of the country.
