The accomplishments of the past nine years have been outstanding. However, Mark does not want to just talk about the past, but look to the future. The future for Concord is a very bright one. We have plans to meet the needs of every segment of our community. Mark wants to continue the efforts that have already begun to:

. Keep the city of Concord financially secure . Continue to reduce crime. . Improve traffic conditions. . Continue to beautify the city with landscaping. . Expand city programs for the youth
Increase city services for our seniors

In addition to the efforts listed above to improve the city of Concord, Mark has specific goals for projects that will enhance the quality of life of every Concord resident. Those include the following:

1. Post child molester's names and identification on the city website in order that we can make certain our children are safe. The safety of our children has been, and will always be one of Mark's top priorities.

2. Develop contingency plans for the development of the Concord Naval Weapons Station if that piece of property becomes available to the city. Those plans would include "smart growth" near the North Concord Bart station, as well as playfields for our youth, and abundant open space.

3. Increase and expand youth and senior services in our city. Great progress has been made with the completion of the two capital projects of the Skatepark and the state-of-the-art Senior Center. We now need to expand the services and programs fro these two very important segments of our community.

Conclusion

With your help we can keep Concord on track. With your vote you can help continue to make Concord a great community to live, work, and raise a family. Please vote for Mark on November 2nd.
