Position Papers
Udated Antioch Urban Waterfront Restoration Plan
Original plan dated February of 1991. Has great plans that should have been implemented long ago.
Highway 4 completion without carpool lanes
Very simply; 4 lanes open to all then a carpool lane
Healthy level of home building to provide dollars for infrastructure
New homes provide thousands for infrastructure. Before stores for sales tax you need people. What about family.
