Many areas of Fremont need to be addressed. Traffic flow ,street maintenance and public saftey to name a few. One area that needs to be corrected is the problem of lost sales tax dollars. Fremont has missed many retail business opportunities during the last 25 years. I understand first hand our residents frustration caused by the lack of retail shopping and restaurants. My number one priority is Retail Economic Development. City hall must become more business friendley. We need a mayor with actual business experience to help make that transition. A Mayor who has the experience of signing the front sides of payroll checks. A mayor who can relate to the needs of the business community no matter what segment of the market place they are in. As a Mayor with over 30 years of proven profitable business leadership experience I can help with business recuitment and will become a very strong advocate for the business friendly changes needed thought city hall. I am commited to activley seeking out business to come to Fremont.Waiting for business to come to us is not an option. I will assit in developing polices at city hall that will promote better relationships between new and established businesses. I pledge to do more than shaking hands to make Fremont into the kind of city that businesses as well as citizens will be proud to call their home.
