Director; East Bay Municipal Utility District; Ward 6

I pledge to provide continued policy oversight and good boardsmanship to ensure:

  • Quality management of natural resources with which the District is entrusted;
  • An adequate 25-year water supply;
  • Attainment of the highest quality water for District ratepayers at fair and reasonable costs;
  • Continuing commitment as a public agency to a customer-oriented, environmentally-sensitive presentation of services rendered by qualified staff in a safe, healthy work environment;
  • Continuance of EBMUD's Contract Equity Program;
  • Maximum application of the Clean Water Act and water conservation.

Completing the Freeport Regional Water Authority Project including the pipeline conveyance system is a major priority. I will work to protect watershed lands and for improvements in water and waste water system services. I am committed to representing the needs and interests of my constituents in EBMUD, Ward 6.
