Implement a program of performance measurement to guarantee that AUSD board policies are carried through by AUSD administration and staff.A big part of insuring community decision making is making sure that the policy chosen by the Board is the policy carried out by AUSD. I want to strengthen the program of performance measurement used by Albany, to guarantee that AUSD board policies are carried through by AUSD administration and staff. I have been responsible for creating and carrying out performance reviews of government organizations as part of my career as a public finance professional. I bring a great deal of experience and skill to this aspect of the Board of Education work. |
