As a resident of Pleasanton, you know that you have made a wise investment. Think of how often you have bragged to your friends about your city. Our homes are highly valued. Our schools are the envy of the Bay Area. Our downtown is beautiful and vibrant, offering a wide variety of services and activities. Our neighborhoods are safe and friendly. Our parks are clean, created for people. All of this is a result of your investment, of money, time and interest. Like any fine investment, you need to protect it, insure it. Your investment in Pleasanton can only be protected by good leadership, which insures the continued high quality of life that you now experience. I bring a strong record of such leadership in my campaign to be your mayor - eight years of conscientious work on the City Council, active participation in school/city committees, detailed knowledge of the complex workings of regional government, intimate familiarity with all of the issues that face our city. As mayor, I offer my experience as the insurance you need to protect your valuable investment.
